Very poor cell phone service

Hello.

I am a new Orange customer using an eSim on my iPhone 15 Pro for about two weeks.

In this time, the internet connection is so poor that I barely get one bar of service wherever I am....indoors, outside, etc.

I live in a very open area on the beach, no big buildings, etc.

Everyone told me Orange has the best data/cell service in France, but I am having an awful experience.

The service is so poor that my phone times out when trying to load a blank, new Google search page on my phone, for example. I can't even search the internet.

Thank you for any help you can provide, as I've called Apple to make sure my phone is set up correctly, and they ran a diagnostic report on my phone. The phone is fine, but I need help with the Orange cell service to get more than one bar.

Si problème seulement à un endroit particulier, demande à quelqu'un qui utilise aussi le réseau mobile orange si c'est pareil pour lui.

Si oui: antenne orange trop éloignée.

Si un autre opérateur (Free, SFR, ou Bouygues) fait mieux, change d'opérateur.

Tu est ici dans un forum francophone.

Pas dans une annexe du Brexit .😉
