How can I access mobile internet using prepaid simcard?

Dear,

I'm a traveler in France. And I bought a prepaid simcard last saturday, includg 2Gb wireless data.

May, the calling is working properly, but, the mobile internet doesn't not work.

I guess that it is needed to config some APN, but I don't know how I can set up these parameter.

I request employee of Orange, but he just said that "I also don't know. It is your business, not mine".

But, I'm not French and can't read French.

It's very disappointing, because i think that it is the employee's business.

So, I need to the help of kind Frenches. How can I get a help to set up for internet service?
