Recharge for prepaid not being applied.

I have a pre-paid SIM that came with the Alcatel onetouch 2045 plan (the one for 29.90 euro).

I want to use it in my spare smart phone (Samsung Galaxy 5). I have put it in the phone and the SIM works and shows a credit of 5 euro (default amount). I tried to recharge the SIM via the Orange web site and selected the Les recharges Max offer with an amount of 30 euro.

My credit card has ben charged but not credit has been added to the card. It is still reporting only 5 euro credit available.

I have done this twice because I thought the first time failed for some reason but it now looks like I have spent 60 euro on recharges that have not worked.

Can someone please tell me how I can either fix the SIM to have the correct credit, or get my money back?
