I lost my phone on 15 of January I want to apply for insurance for that they are ask the certificate that provide my sim operator but they my sim card company not provide any certificate they just give one ticket what I need to do

If you have an Orange subscription. We can request the blacklisting of your phone.
You just need to send us the complaint filed with the police.
Please note that to make this complaint, you must provide your purchase invoice with the IMEI number.

If you wish to make the blacklisting request or only receive the blacklisting receipt.

Si vous avez un abonnement Orange. Nous pouvons demander le blacklistage de votre téléphone.
Il faut juste nous transmettre le dépôt de plainte effectué auprès de la police.
Je précise que pour effectuer ce dépôt de plainte, vous devez fournir votre facture d'achat avec le numéro IMEI.

Si vous souhaitez effectuer la demande de blacklistage ou seulement recevoir le justificatif de blacklistage.

Pouvez-vous me communiquer votre nom, prénom, adresse complète et numéro de mobile Orange concerné par votre demande de blacklistage ?

If you are not an Orange customer, I assure you that the filing of a complaint will be forwarded by the police services and will allow blacklisting.
Your complaint is a form of attestation, if not, only the police department will be able to provide it.

Votre dépôt de plainte fait office d'attestation, a défaut, seul le commissariat pourra vous la fournir.
