Screen TV does not work

Hello,

since one week ago, I have disruptions in my tv. it is impossible to watch the tv. I can listen the sound, but the screen is always in black.

I did a new installation and I connected the plugins again.. even when I try to watch the channels by internet , i have the same issue, so it is not an issue in the installation, maybe the decodifier has a bug.

Let me know how can we solve this issue..it is very urgent.

Hi Manu

Please start by a complete description of your installed hardware end connections

What kind of box and decoder (no decodificatiner :smileywink: ).

May be, then we can have and ideo on how to fix it.
