Hello,and a happy New Year for everybody that the year may be filled with Peace, Healthe and Happiness.

Here is the case:

About a year ago we moved to this house near Lapalisse. Orange told us that the best offer for us was:Open Play 3 Go 4G/H+ version SIM . It is not cheap but OK, we took this for granted and we have now Open Play 3 Go 4G/H+ version SIM

We asked at that time also for connection TV.

And we have only television with the antenna and the connection is not always that good, however we have a parabole on the roof.

About this offer we do have a question.

If we call 3900 or 3970 , they tell us that we cannot get the free canals on television.

But our neighbours have. Why we cannot get them.

I heard even people say here in the village that they have the decodeur gratuite.

So, that'sour problem.

Hope somebody cab give us an explanation or tell us what is in our case the best deal.

il faut demander un décodeur sat avec la carte satélite,au 3970

le décodeur est gratuit,mais il y a une caution de 49 euros
