since today at 15:00, my tv does not work (Notre diagnostic

Un problème de configuration de vos services TV a été détecté). I was trying to connect with an assistence but I am always in (Vous êtes en position 19 dans la file d'attente).. I think this is unacceptable, I am paying for a service that many times has cuts, even internet has many many cuts.

I restart the livebox and the problem continue.

Please any solution?
