Hi, Khan here from DubaiMachines. I wanted to ask about the orange mail services. Can we use it with desktop mail? or with outlook? how do we configure it?

The mail Service from Orange is an usual, normal mail.

You have the choice !

You must not use their unreliable webmail. The webmail could make sense if you are far from home and without your phone or your laptop, it's not very frequent nowadays.

I'm using Thunderbird, and Outlook or Mail, but TB is for my private use, I only use Outlook or Mail just for helping here on the Orange's forum.

The requested cconfiguration are the secured ones, ie with SSL activated

Servers are : smtp.orange.fr:465 and pop.orange.fr:995 or imap.orange.fr:993

Username must be an email address (full) (ended either with @orange.fr or @wanadoo.fr)
