J'ai un gros problème avec la livraison du courrier à votre smtp ;
ils me rejettent toujours avec une erreur 550, dans le spécifique ils donnent cette erreur:

D'après ce que j'ai compris, nous avons été mis sur votre liste noire. J'aimerais savoir qui nous pouvons contacter pour en sortir ?

D'après ce que je peux voir dans l'entête du message, tu utilises Thunderbird, dernière version.

Quel est le paramétrage du serveur d'envoi ?

Est-il comme ceci, avec authentification ?

Autre piste :

Change ton adresse IP :

Au choix:

soit via l'administration de ta Livebox et Redémarrer (l'arrêt/marche électrique ne suffit pas)
soit via ton Espace client/Service internet/Internet/Renouveler votre adresse IP
soit via l'appli Ma Livebox / Paramètres / Redémarrer
