Problem with unstable text

I have noticed that my orange e-mail has changed its display to English from French. The English version is not functioning correctly and constantly changed the word order or types rubbish. The worst problem is when typing a sentence that for some reason the words suddenly shifts to the beginning of the line. The system allows me to change to French but I have to do this every time I want to write an e-mail. Would you please set my orange e-mails to French and NOT English.

On ne réglera rien du tout.

Tu es ici dans un forum d'entraide entre clients comme toi.

Voir avec le service client Orange 3900 ou

le +33 9 69 39 39 00 depuis l'étranger.

Et utilise un logiciel comme Thunderbird dans la langue de ton choix. Plus de souci.

No, we'll not do it since this is a customer's help forum and as customers we cannot change anything in Orange parameters settings.

The best way to manage your Emails is to use a mail client application on your computer such as Thunderbird that you can downoad free of charge from this page for the French version: https://www.thunderbird.net/fr/

Or this one for the English version : https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/

Both are very stable and an excellent alternative to webmail.
