hi, i hope you speak english; i've done all the steps mentioned but I keep having error S01( even installing livebox play again).... So how can you help me with this.

Yes, some people on this forum do speak English but I hope you can read French !

I have typed "erreur S01" in the search area above for you and this is the result :
