We ordered optic fiber service for our house in EZY-Sur-Eure in June. After 3 visits by technicians, we were told there is no connection space on the connection box in the street. We were told Orange would replace the connection box with a larger box but still nothing had happened. Who can we contact for assistance?

Si vous êtes à l'étranger et avez besoin de contacter Orange France par téléphone, le numéro à composer sera le +33 9 69 39 39 00. Ce numéro fonctionne aussi bien depuis un téléphone fixe que d'un téléphone mobile. Le service client et commercial d'Orange est ouvert du lundi au samedi de 8h à 20h
