Getting a connection

Hi... can anyone help? I've been trying to get a connection to a new house. The neighbours have just had fibre connected and it passess our house, a small country road on telegra[ph poles on the other side of the road! I've been on https://maison-individuelle.orange.fr/ and filled out all the details but the submission fails and says try again later..... 2 weeks later it still does not work. Ive emailed maison.individuelle@orange.com and their has been no response. I tried calling the new connections number 09 69 39 00 20 but after being on hold for 20 mins they cut you off!

Cab anyone help in what I need to do to get a new connection to a house?

Exact, la maison n'est pas du tout connectée au réseau téléphonique.

malheureusement comme c'est un service à part on ne pourra pas t'aider,insiste auprès d'eux car c'est très long

Je vous confirme que vous devez bien déposer la demande de raccordement de votre maison sur https://maison-individuelle.orange.fr/

Si vous rencontrez des difficultés pour le dépôt de votre dossier, je vous invite à insister au numéro 09 69 39 00 20 choix 1 puis choix 2, que j'ai moi-même testé à l'instant.

A notre niveau nous n'avons pas accès à ce service, mais afin de vous accompagner, je vous invite à me communiquer vos coordonnées : nom, prénom, adresse postale complète, numéro de mobile et mail de contact ainsi que le numéro de votre permis de construire en cliquant sur le lien suivant :

If you have any problems submitting your application, please call the number 09 69 39 00 20 choice 1 then choice 2, which I tested myself just now.
