J’ai la livebox 2 et je souhaite passer en livebox 5 pour bénéficier notamment de l’option de répétiteur wifi. A priori c’est gratuit : info eue auprès d’un technicien au 3900. Mais via la boutique Orange en ligne impossible de faire l’opération sans changer de forfait et donc sans surcoût. Et je n’arrive pas à contacter le service commercial !!! Quelqu’un connaît la démarche pour concrétiser avec succès mon souhait?
