Hi,

I am thinking of ending my contract with Orange and want to know if I need to return my old LiveBox 2 NP SAG router. Also can I terminate / end the contract via my online account or do I need to send a formal letter to end the contract?

Thank you for the quick reply. I can't find anything in the link you sent me relating to the LiveBox.

Do I need to return the livebox if I end the contract?
