Par courrier service clients, ils vous appellent 3 semaines plus tard sur votre portable pendant la journée alors que je suis au travail. Je les appelle le soir au 3901, il y a 20 mn d'attente, ils décrochent ou pas et quand ils le font c'est pour mieux vous raccrocher au nez.
