Nous habitons en angleterre et depuis le mois de mars c'est impossible de visiter notre maison secondaire a Treignac en France.

Nous voulons suspendre notre compte pour internet, TV et telephone jusque'au temps que c'est possible a revenir en France.

I have the same problem Jennifer. We can't go back to Nice since Sept. And I have been paying for tv and internet for nothing. I called their English speaking line, but 3 times it was too busy!

I think the only package you can change down to, is the mobile contract. I see I can downgrade to €4.99 a month.

That's the only saving I can get from Orange.

You'd think Orange would give us some concession because of Covid.
