Hello. We had a problem with the installation of fibre (which is another matter) and the document Orange sent detailing what was required before it could go ahead, it included a section titled "mon numero de ligne fibre" and underneath was a phone number. This is different from my existing landline number. Does this mean I now have two numbers? One for internet and one for the landline? If so, does that mean i can dump the expensive landline that was there only to facilitate broadband.

For the fiber there are two numbers
A phone number that will serve you
A supprt number not reachable that will be used by Orange to act on the line
