I received an email saying that the documents requested were not sent by me. The documents I saw that I had received were the contracts, but the service is already installed. Today I discovered that an IBAN and an ID document were needed, in the client`s space. Can someone tell me if these are all the documents I need to send? Or if there is something else? Or which is the number I could call to know?
