Ready to Surf - Money taken, no internet!

I need help! I’m English and bought an Orange Ready to Surf 35gb SIM from an Orange store. I’ve paid to recharge it and have an order number. Orange helpline had nobody with English and passed me on to the English speaking helpline, who said they do not deal with prepaid! Orange on Twitter passed me on to EE!!! They have my money, I want my internet. Can anyone advise how to resolve this please?

Tu as quoi comme carte sim ? Mobicarte ou Orange Holydays (elle se mettent dans un smartphone) ou pret a surfer (cette sim se met dans une airbox ou tablette)

Tu as achete une carte sim ou une recharge ?

Quelle type de recharge ?

Mais tu parles de 35Go je pense a la recharge internet a 40 € mais je peux me tromper

tu dis que tu as achete en boutique Orange sur le net ou en boutique physique ?

Si tu as achete sur la boutique orange sur internet et que tu as le numero de commande

Question idiote c'est bien le bon numero de telephone ?

Si oui pour verifier si c'est bien enregistrer tu dois faire :

#123# puis appel

Ensuite tu choisis : "Detail suivi conso"

Ensuite tu choisis : "Compte recharggeable" et la normalement tu as ta recharge

Si c'est un ticket tu dois faire si tu es en France le plus facile tu fais le 224 et tu suis les instructions

Mais avant de faire tout cela as tu essayer d'aller sur internet ? et quel message as tu pour ne pas avoir internet ?

Il faut savoir que les Hotspot wifi d'Orange gratuits sont arrete tu ne peux te connecter

Hello. Thank you for replying. I bought a ready to surf in a store. It’s for a mobile WiFi and not for a mobile phone so I cannot dial 3900 or 224.
In the store I bought a SIM but recharged online. Orange have taken the €40 for recharge but I have no internet.
My mobile WiFi app accepts texts and I attach one from Orange that was sent AFTER they took my recharge money. Does this help you advise further?
I have just left the Orange store in Draguinan and they say they cannot help. Very frustrating. Andy.

Je continue en francais. le materiel pret a surfer je l'ai utilise il y a bien longtemps mais cela fonctionnait tres bien du moment que le domino (nom a l'epoque aujourd'hui Airbox ) capte le reseau mobile Orange

Mais quand tu a mis la sim dans l'appareil et que tu as voulu aller sur le net que dis le message du PC ou tablette connecte en wifi a ton airbox ?

Hi. The SIM is in a TP-LINK Mifi. I’ll post a photo of it for recognition. It does not say anything but I cannot get a WiFi signal. If I connect to it, it does not work and I have to go to 4G. The SIM stays in permanently.
I will look at your links, thank you for sending them, but I’m not sure they’ll work for my mobile WiFi.
I’ll call the English helpline on Monday again but I’m not hopeful of a positive solution. Orange have taken payment for nothing!!
