actuellement j'ai un abonnement open de 2Go.

est-il possible de passer à 70 Go pour quelques mois et revenir à mon abonnement initial ?

Si tu évolues vers une offre plus chère et tu baisses à nouveau de gamme

avant une certaine période tu auras des frais .

Le mieux serait de voir la question au 3900 ou discuter par messagerie avec un conseiller via ton espace client/compte concerné/contrats et options ou factures .
Le service est disponible les jours ouvrables de 8/20 h
Pour avoir accès au "chat " il se pourrait qu'il vas falloir désactiver le bloqueur
de pub du navigateur s'il y en a un d'installer et redémarrer celui-ci .

A moins qu'un conseiller de passage prendra contact avec toi .

Un ancien d'unix qui ne sait donc pas se servir d'un forum.
