Only call or text but cannot connect to the internet

Buy a new sim card from Orange, which keep my original phone number. I try to activate it, but after looking up for so many problems it doesn't work. Finally I can only use call or text instead of the cellular date or connect to the internet. Anyone know how to fix that problem?

But I don't think it's because of the internet settings, maybe I haven't activated the SIM card, because when I try to activate it, it shows me the following message:

A technical error has occurred. Sorry, your SIM card activation was not taken into account. Please try again later. You can also follow the instructions to call 0800 100 740 from a landline or 740 from a mobile (8am to 10pm daily). Free services and calls in mainland France.
