Bonjour, je voudrais prendre un nouveau forfait mobile 2h/mois et 100mo avec option 1 Go offert sur demande. J’ai eu un commercial au téléphone qui me dit qu’il faudra les appeler chaque mois pour le faire. En boutique, on m’a dit qu’on le faisait une fois et c’était bon. Qu’en est-il exactement ?
