How to popup internet prepaid sim card.

Anyone that can explain us how to popup credit to the internet prepaid card. If i try the boutique way its shows non valid number, if i use the number to register myself at the portal and revieve code by sms its a working number.

Also in the documentation : http://mobile-shop.orange.fr/rechargement is a non working link....

So who can give me step by step details so we can get information information about the current usage and to pop-up credit. All in the documentation, non is working .....
