Difficulté avec le tethering

Bonjour,

Je dispose d'une offre Pro 4G (ne me demandez pas laquelle :catwink:, je ne suis pas le gestionnaire de flotte) avec l'option Modem activée.

Tout comme à priori ceux de mes collègues qui utilisent activement cette fonction, je suis fréquemment (mais pas systématiquement) dans l'impossibilité de me connecter à internet en utilisant la fonction tethering.

- la 3G fonctionne correctement sur le smartphone (je peux naviger)

- le partage de connexion ("modem") en wifi est activé

- mon PC est correctement connecté au hotspot créé par le smartphone (parfois l'icone de bargraphe wifi sur mon PC est accompagné du point d'exclamation indiquant "no internet access", mais ce n'est pas systématique)

Rebooter le PC et le smartphone ne résoud pas le problème. A noter que je me déplace très fréquemment (j'utilise donc cette fonction a des endroits très différents). A deux reprises, sur VERNON,à 1 mois d'intervalle, impossibilité de me connecter toute la journée.

Quelqu'un a une idée ?

Configuration :

Smartphone Android SIII 4G (non rooté, 4.1.2 et dernière MàJ Orange appliquée).

Utilisation des APN d'origine.

Hotspot android ouvert "uniquement les appareils autorisés".

PC sous Win7. IP v4. DHCP actif, DNS "auto".

Pas d'idée ?

Pour être plus synthétique, mon problème est : fonction modem refuse parfois totalement de fonctionner alors que la navigation sur mon S3 fonctionne. Mon PC est pourtant bien connecté au hotspot créé par le S3.

Alors que je ne pouvais me connecter en 3G via le smartphone en tethering j'ai pu me dépanner avec un hotspot Freewifi.:smileyembarrassed:

Personne n'a d'idée?

I'm a holiday visitor from Denmark and I have the same problem. My Samsung SIII Mini ( NFC) is unlocked and Tethering is working when I'm in Denmark. I purchased a prepaid Orange Sim + recharge here in France. The phone connects to the internet but is not able to wifi-tether to other devices. Googling around, I've found out that Orange has disabled the Tethering function on purpose. A workaround could be to edit the "Orange Broadband" APN manually. I would need the APN passwords to do so, but I can't find the information anywhere.

El simm de orange esta bloqueado para hacer theter comprobado en 2 moviles que funcionan perfectamente **bip** otras empresas.

The simm card orange prepaid is block, does not permit do tethering. Prove in two unlocked Samsung phones, the same config whit another simcard not orange works correctly.
