Holiday Offer SIM card registration

I purchased Holiday offer SIM card and having issues with registration due to technical difficulties. I have created orange account. Any ideas how to resolve this?

it allowed me to proceed and fill out information plus passport info. Then, I logged in with my user account. However, it is now asking me to add a contract. The new SIM is available for a customer number. Where would I get my SIM card? SIM card to use.

Hello

my card has been activated for several days and worked in all cities of Spain but not in Madrid. Phone and email work but data for google map ams

internet do not. Orange kiosks in Madrid cannot help because I am not registered as client in Spain.

Can you help?

Otherwise buy either classic or max refills that work in spain

I don’t understand why I have to reload the card if I still have so much credit left and several days left too. The card stopped working in Madrid and Spain orange representatives could not fix it it
