Credit not added

Hello,

I bought a SIM card in Tours on the way from UK to my home in France. It cost Euro 15 and I was told it included 5Gb data.

I could not get it to work in my phone or in my tablet.

I visited my nearest Orange shop in Sarlat. They said all the credit had been used. (I never had it working so how could the 5Gb be consummed!)

I bought another 1Gb for Euro 10 and they loaded it. My phone would still not work. Salesman said it is the fault of the phone/tablet.

I left the shop disappointed with Orange.

I then did my own technical research and by changing the APN I now have the phone and tablet working. I am using the 1GB credit I bought in Sarlat.

But where is my orginal 5GB credit. Who to contact to have the missing 5GB credit added to the SIM?
