    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hello,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Apologies as i dont speak good french , so the message is in english.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I had ordered IPhone 12 Pro on 17th Nov with confirmed delivery on 19th Nov 2020.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It was a gift for my Mother for her Birthday which was on 21st Nov. Today is 23 Nov 2020 !!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I still have not received the package as of yet. I am really very Sad that I really trusted Orange on commitments.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Even after multiple calls and emails no help has been provided to find "Where exactly my package is? ''&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am just bouncing between orange and chronopost calls, NO ONE HELPS but blames on each other to rectify issue.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Could you please help me to get my package as soon as possible so that I can gift my mother a birthday present.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thank you for your help in advance.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
