Most people on the English line are polite and helpful. For the second time I have encountered Walter who is rude, patronizing and doesn’t listen. He wants to get rid of you as soon as possible. After having waited 20 minutes to be connected it is even more frustrating to have achieved nothing except a resentment for Orange.

I came on here to see if anyone else has had any problems with their English line, and I also encountered Walter! He was already super patronizing the first time and then today, I called back to figure out why my line still wasn’t activated and after a while, he just hung up on me. I called back to call him out on it, and I said “hey we just spoke, you hung up on me” to which he responded “no, I didn’t” and then hung up. How do we report this guy?

Have spoken to this guy three times now, once the other day, twice today. Three times, he’s been rude and snarky and needless to say, extraordinarily unhelpful. He actually hung up on me today and when I called back and called him out on it, he hung up on me again while denying that he hung up on me the first time. Crazy incompetent customer service. There are so many people in this country who can speak both English and French, and Orange - the top ISP who presumably has a pick of the litter - chose to hire Walter. How does one lodge a formal complaint through the appropriate channels so that this guy gets fired? I’ve actually seen other people on this forum complaining about him specifically.

quant à votre souci, orange a un service anglophone au +33 9 69 36 39 00 (numéro de cristal non surtaxé, coût de la communication normale) du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h.
