    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I hope someone can help me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am desperate to speak to anyone one at Orange via phone or email to cancel my Livebox&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The chat bot auto translates my French text to English - and none of the agents can understand what i am asking&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The English phone line answers in French and appears to talk about activation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;09 69 36 39 00&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;(+33 9 69 39 39 00 when dialled from abroad).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone got any ideas how to ge through to anyone at Orange as there appears to be NO email addreses anywhere and even the click here to respond to messages from them do not work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
