Bonjour,

En panne pendant plus d'une semaine ( panne extérieure), une gentille personne s'est occupée de nous. Après plusieurs interventions téléphoniques, la panne a été réparée. MAIS avoir promis en insistant bien sur questionnaire a bien remplir et surtout mettre 5* !!

Plus de deux mois passés AUCUN avoir

appel au service client 3900

ou par chat depuis ton PC Espace client
-
clic sur contrat concerné,offre et options
en bas à droite tu verras une aide et contact tu clic
-
et ensuite tu clic sur commencer le chat
tu rentre les renseignements demandés et envoie
-
au besoin désactive ton bloqueur de pub si tu as
-
disponible les jours ouvrables de 8h à 20h

sinon en haut de la page d'acceuil orange tu clic sur aide et contact tu rentre ta question et contacter un conseiller
-
et attendre le passage éventuel d'un webconseiller

No service for 15 days now. Livebox changed as per instructions, 1 guarantee that the problem would be fixed by Monday 13 Sept and two appointments for a technician to come here - no-one has come, 1 promise for a Technician to call (telephone) as the telephone service is via the Internet service we don't have and the mobile phone signal is weak and unreliable and in any case this fault will not be repaired via a telephone call.

Received a call from an "adviser" on Tuesday. She promised a technician would call.

No call received and this fault will not be repaired by a technician on the telephone.

Any suggestions? Do I change to a satellite service?

More expensive but it's better than paying tens of euros per month for no service.

Anyone from Orange listening?
