Bonjour! I live in Australia but I travel to France each year for hiking the long-distance paths. I have a french sim card [uses Orange network] and phone number that I have had for 7 years, but my provider is closing in June this year. I would like to keep my mobile number and move to Orange on a pre-paid plan. Can you please explain to me how I can do this. I also have a registered french address and RIO. Bien cordialement …

You can't do this from your customer area, but you can contact Customer Services:

- By eChat Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm "Chat with an advisor".

- By telephone on 3900.( + 33 9 69 39 39 00 )

there are very few English-speaking advisers
