Really unpleasant advisor

Bonjour, je me demandais si quelqu'un avait rencontré un conseiller vraiment désagréable sur la ligne anglophone basée à Paris. J'ai parlé avec quelqu'un de si grossier aujourd'hui que j'ai dû raccrocher et rappeler pour appeler quelqu'un d'autre. Ils étaient vraiment gentils et quand j’ai expliqué ce qui s’était passé, j’ai fondu en larmes. Je ne pense vraiment pas que la façon dont elle m'a parlé était acceptable et j'aimerais déposer une plainte officielle. Est-ce que quelqu'un sait comment faire ça?

Hello - I was wondering if anyone has experienced a really rude advisor on the English speaking line based in Paris. I spoke with someone so rude today I had to put the phone down and dial again to get someone else. They were really nice and when I explained what happened I burst into tears. I really don't think the way she spoke to me was acceptable and I'd like to put in a formal complaint. Does anyone know how to do this?
