Our WiFi and landline are down- problem with cable from pole to house. How do I get a box to cover, until repaired, as I don’t have orange mobile phones. Only Livebox contract.

Who is responsible for wires to house?

Technician just been. Says wire from Orange pole is too long and causing probs for years. Says we need to sort an electrician to put new wire in from outside house, to orange connections inside house?! Is this right? When do Orange wiring not become Orange wiring?! So now we have no landline or WiFi to house…. Again! Help and advice please as cannot work without phones and WiFi. (We also do not have orange mobiles so can see no way of asking for free use of the 4G box for the home while problem tries to be resolved)

Go to an Orange shop and say your landline is out of order they will lend one for 2 months free.
