I have a technical problem which Orange has been unable to resolve because the installation address does not match our postal address. I have spoken with Orange support (I am a commercial customer) on 21 occasions in the last 3 weeks, and have had many appointments for a technician to come. I don't know what to do and want to make a written complaint but cannot do so unless my technical problem is resolved. How can I complain about this.

Thank you. But unfortunately, I don't think I can file a complaint in this area until the technical problem is resolved. My problem is that I can't get the technical problem resolved.
