Please, can anyone help me? I need to speak urgently to an English-speaking counsellor, but when I call the English helpline, all the options are in French and I can't talk to anyone!

Hello, I had a fiber installation that was not completed, and I need to set a date for the technician to finish the job. However, I am returning to London this afternoon and will have to arrange my return according to the appointment. Thank you.
