I am no longer in France and need to top up my internet since I used up the 2GB I purchased when I first got the SIM card. I am in Germany and can't find a shop that will recharge. I have dialed #123# to reload with credit card but will not let me. I also visited topup.orange to recharge and that did not work. How can I recharge. The customer service line is in French and can not understand. Thank you!!

Hello,

if you bought an Orange Holiday sim card, you can topup on topup.orange.com with a foreign credit card.

Don't forget to put +33 before your number +33 0XXXXXXXXX.

You can topup with 1GB in Europe and calls and texts from Europe to the world.

If it doesn't work you can find a contact for topup at the bottom of the homepage.
