I was billed twice for 24-hour Orange Open wi-fi service while I was in France.

There was a technical issue the first time I tried to purchase the service, but the system showed that my *credit card would not be charged* for the failed attempt.

I need an email address to request a refund to my credit card for the first charge (technical problem).

Je ne suis pas en France/Europe, alors un appel va couter plus cher que la double facturation! ;-)
