Annuler mon commande (English)

Hello,

I placed an order via orange website for mobile + internet contract and I would like to cancel it now. I already submitted the address proof but now they are asking for cheque for 265 euro, which is not possible now. I will remain with a prepaid connection.

I called the Orange English customer service but they are unable to help as the order is not fully validated by Orange. could you please do the needful to cancel the order X020532521

Thank you @melet39 for your quick reply. I followed the steps, but in the suivi.orange.fr I got the below message

"Le délai de 21 jours pour vous rétracter est dépassé."

Kindly advise.
