Bonjour,

Sur mon contrat il est inscrit : Vous bénéficiez de l'accès à internet en illimité sur les hotspots wifi d'Orange. Ce service est inclus dans votre offre internet.

Pourtant, avec ma tablette, je ne capte aucun hotspot orange. Comment cela se fait-il ???

Je precise que mon portable est SFR et je capte tous les hotspots SFR mais pour avoir les hotspots orange il faut OBLIGATOIREMENT un portable orange c'est ca ?????

Pouvez-vous m'expliquer svp. Merci pour vos réponses.

une tablette normalement capte tous les hotspots disponibles a proximité !

si elle capte des hotspots d autres FAI , et pas ceux d orange ,

c est qu il n y en a pas dans ton coin !

merci pour la réponse concernant la tablette. S'agissant du portable SFR, malgré ma box orange, puis je capter les hotspots orange ? Au centre ville, avec mon portable sfr, je ne capte que des hotspots sfr et aucun orange, est-ce normal ? merci !!

Oui bien sur puisque tous mes appareils ils sont en wifi chez moi.

le wifi a la maison ,c est une chose ! il y a un bouton marche/ arret !

mais pour le wifi partagé avec les hotspots orange , qui est indépendant ,

il faut avoir un abonnement adéquat , et une live box adéquat également !
