I have a contract for Internet services with Orange for that address. I started the procedure of&nbsp;"resiliation" and I selected&nbsp;"cas de force majeure" as reason and I sent the "recepisse de declaration". They replied to me that I didn't send the right documents and that I have to pay the fees.</P><P>How is it possible?
