Le téléphone est simlocké. J'ai suivi la procédure d'Orange qui m'a envoyé un code qui ne fonctionne pas. Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone et en boutique ils disent ne pas pouvoir contacter le service. Comment faire ? Je devais prendre un nouveau forfait et un téléphone chez Orange mais pas avant de desimlocker mon ancien Samsung.
