Cannot recharge Coffret Prêt-à-surfer 4G and cannot link to account

Dear Orange,

I am a tourist in Bretagne and I just bought the Coffret Prêt-à-surfer 4G. As I used the 5Go almost I'd like to recharge, but:

- I created an account with Orange but I cannot link a "contract" as I do not have a client number

- I cannot recharge at https://boutique.orange.fr/rechargement-carte-prepayee-forfait-bloque as when I type my mobile number it states: "Le numéro saisi ne correspond pas à un forfait bloqué ou à une carte prépayée Orange."

- I cannot recharge by calling 0800 224 224 as I do not speak French well enough!

Please help, I drove 45 min to a city just to buy the Coffret Prêt-à-surfer 4G, and it already took me the past hour to try all of the above.

Update: in the end we had to visit the Orange store again, which helped us recharge using the number

0800 224 224 (in French).
