But how exactly does thé primary owner change thé second art account? I’ve searched all over and tried ta least 100 Times to reset it it keeps telling me « Only thé Primary owner can do this « ?? Thanks for any advice..I am réally at my wits end !

In this block clic on "Internet"

A new page will be displayed

Scroll down until block : "Votre Internet"

Click on "Comptes de Messagerie"

Small remark : usage, in France : Froggies use a salute before anything. Just local habit.

en fait, je n'ai plus le live box compte d'internet..on a tjrs Orange mais un autre formule (Flybox) Faut il aller sur l'account Orange de Flybox?

The real problem is that this wanado account is a secondary account to mine... so I don't know how I should log on to Orange? I tried with my own wanadoo account but obviously nothing appears in the internet section... This is really so frustrating and I have not found any help at all.. so I really do appreciate your input already!

Before accessing to your primary account you need to find the account identification.

If you have some bills, you may look into them you shoud find your acount id and all what is needed to administrate it.

A flybox account is a mobile one.

I do not know how primary and secondary accounts work for thoses mobile accounts.

I even don't know if it makes sense, for mobile accounts.

The better would be you contact Orange, or you hope an english speaking clerk answers you on this thread.
