      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi melet39,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried 3900 this morning and my basic French wasn’t good enough (my fault I know, I’m still learning) I also rang the English speaking number but they are not taking calls today.&lt;BR /&gt;It’s very frustrating! Normally it’s just a few clicks on the app!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully an advisor can help me on here!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SJ&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But long term, I hope it is a glitch on the app that doesn’t allow me to add additional data because I don’t want to go through this several times a month. Will look for a new provider I think ….
