Hello,

i am am an Australian on holiday with my family in sunny France. We bought an Orange Airbox 4G in Joigny on the 29/6, and it has worked until to last night.

Since last night, every time we connect with iPhone/iPad, we get sent to a blank login screen, and get the message. "Error opening page. Hotspot login cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred. "

Sometimes, when you try to browse to a simple webpage like google, the browser rapidly switches between two Orange websites, to fast to read (maybe plbas.orange.fr and Orange.fr)

The Airbox page can be accessed, the battery is full, and the signal strength has 4 bars on 4G.

I have tried resetting to factory default, both through the reset button on the Airbox, and via software. I have tried removing the battery.

Can anyone help?

Please inser the SIM card in a mobile phone and the deactivate the pin code.

Thank you for the suggestion, tried this on 2 different iPhones, but the problem persists.
