Airbox Roaming problem - Software update needed ?

Dear Orange Support!

I'm having a problem with two recently purchased devices of Yours. I'm using theorange airboxes (with a sim) as an internet connection. I'm spending some time abroad in Hungary, I wonder if there's any kind of setting changes to be made in order to maintain the device operational? Maybe an update and restart?

Airbox number 1 :

Hello @johann

This is another problem , last time my problem was solved.
I talked to someone on Orange's facebook page , and they did something ( I don't know exactly what , but my best guess is a software update) , after they told me to restart the device , and it worked.
This time I haven't got a response on facebook unfortunately ( I sent them several messages).
Please help me .
