He didn't succeed and told me that the problem was the external connection to my house. He could give me no idea of when a technician could come to fix this, I haven't received any message from Orange about the problem and when I asked for assistance at my local Orange boutique they said they couldn't help me. I assume I have been paying for this&nbsp; service, or lack of it and I need my landline back. I have not found site assistance from Orange easy to access not useful.
