My internet has not worked since we arrived in France 10 days ago. I have tried numerous avenues. I have a livebox connected to a landline. For some reason, orange isn't recognizing the landline. I can't use my cell phone because it is an American cell phone and it can't connect to the livebox. Someone please give me a phone number where I can get a person. I speak French and can read French. I just can't write/spell in French.
