English speaking helpline told me i could have a fixed line via internet, when i got it, i couldnt tun off the voice mail. I was then told I could have a landline (!0 days later) (Made me very angry) and i ordered it, three days ater i replied to an email about my service I told them I wanted a landline! and the next day they said Thats how I ordered the line, through the email, niot the customer service english speaking helploine person I asked specifically for a lanlidne "Twice"

Now Im waiting for fibre to come to Biarritz and cannot work.

How long is it going to take to get a straight answer from this HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
